Job Title: Parking and Base Area Operations Manager
Job Status: Seasonal
Job Summary: Provide leadership to, administration and coordination of, the Parking and Base Area Operations business unit. This includes operation of free and paid parking lots as well as snow removal and landscaping programs.
Basic Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. Ability to supervise employees and perform numerous maintenance and construction functions. Ability to work outside and all weather, Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Accurate verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a valid US Driver's License and pass a DMV background check. Ability to obtain class "A" Colorado Driver's License. This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee is subject to comply with the Driver's Standards of Copper Mountain Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Ac Must be at least 18 years old
