Wolters Kluwer Project and Program Management Associate Director (Business Process Management - Lead to Quote) in Coppell, Texas
Location : this is a hybrid role. Qualified applicants must live within commuting-distance to one of our Tax and Accounting offices - Kennesaw, GA, Riverwoods, IL, Wichita, KS, or Coppell, TX.
Overview
The Associate Director, Business Process Management– Lead to Quote is responsible for leading initiatives across the Tax & Accounting Division. This position reports to Vice President Operations, Integration and Transformation and works closely with executive leadership across cross-functional teams to support the strategic plan, financial goals, and operational objectives of the business. The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of standardized / best practices for Lead to Quote by working closely with the business, Enterprise Architects, and delivery teams. They will own and manage end-to-end process definition and will be responsible for the automation of those processes for all of TAA. To accomplish this, they will have to develop a deep understanding of the TAA business and strategies.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Lead the Development and implementation of standard / best practices for Lead to Quote to be used by all TAA business units/segments
Own and manage end-to-end process definition – identifying where and how to enable straight-through-processing
Map current Lead to Quote processes and gain deep understanding of processes used by each TAA business unit/segment
Ensure business units/segments migrated to Common platforms do not deviate from Standardized/Best practices
Maintain Standardized/Best practices as Common platforms are enhanced
Drive cross-functional collaboration and engagement across BUs, Geographies, GBS, and dxg to generate alignment, buy-in, and to identify and implement best practices for Lead to Quote
Identify change impacts to people, processes, and technology. Develop and execute change management plans in coordination with overall CXP / BPM leader
Partner with Technology teams to prioritize work and then design and develop solutions to meet divisional business needs, functional specifications / technical development. Ensure TAA and GBS resources are focused on / delivering the highest Lead to Quote priorities for TAA
Oversee and ensure successful user acceptance testing, business change management and training
Escalate issues that impact multiple teams or process areas
Define and track milestones and KPIs for Lead to Quote
Provide regular updates to management – identifying progress, risks, issues, and key decision points
Develop communication materials that are targeted to the audience, providing accurate information in a professional and engaging manner
Organize and maintain business process documentation repository for Lead to Quote

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Advance degree preferred.
Experience:
Required:
12+ years of experience with deep expertise in business process strategy development
Excellent understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation
Proven skills in building successful executive relationships with peers, colleagues, and partners
Proven record of building and improving finance, accounting and/or operations processes
Comfortable and confident in working with the senior most executives of global multi-billion-dollar corporations
Experience in operations or systems implementation roles
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP
Familiarity with Salesforce.com
CPQ/Billing experience

Ability to create business requirements in partnership with several business units, departments, and technology partners to ensure end solutions meet customer needs and organizational objectives

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of preparing and presenting complex material to executives and senior management
Travel requirements
Must be able to travel up to approximately 30% of the time including some international travel
