We currently have an opportunity for a highly driven individual in Coppell, Texas. Are you a dynamic organizer with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our team.
Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to support seamless office operations.
Facilities Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to maintain a productive workspace.
Team Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for staff, assisting with inquiries and fostering a positive work environment.
Event Coordination: Organize company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budget management and expense tracking to optimize office expenditures.
Requirements
4+ years of management experience
2+ years of office related experience
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
