IQ Resource Group is hiring for a 2nd shift Sanitation Technician for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN! This position is contract-to-hire! Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Must be flexible depending on job requirements!) This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within the facility, including office spaces, break rooms, locker rooms, and production areas. Responsibilities: Clean restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, conference rooms, entry areas, and the lobby. Properly dispose of trash and maintain waste management systems. Sweep, wash, and vacuum floors in office, warehouse, and production areas. Manage inventory, cleaning supplies, and paper products. Ensure availability of GMP essentials (helmets, safety glasses, hair nets, etc.). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Complete daily sanitation tasks as outlined in the production floor schedule. Regularly update and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
