Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines, implementing and conducting treatments as outlined in the treatment plan, and treating clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care. You will also monitor the patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with physician's orders. Furthermore, you will interpret and communicate evaluation findings to patients, family, and other staff members.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 26 Week(s).
Work Site
