Gainwell Technologies LLC has multiple Senior Professional Programmer Analyst positions available in Conway, AR, and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA.
Write and maintain technical documentation to describe application development, design, coding, and developing various modules. Develop complex SQL queries and CURSORS and embed them in the C program or PRO *C programming. Enhance and test the C/batch code, JIL and Shell script for the subsystems financial and identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and rectify them. Peer review the design and Source Code C, Pro*C, and Shell Scripts and participate in Code reviews for teammates. Perform unit testing and testing documentation. Perform Autosys in order to run the job. Run the Financial cycles in Model office and other environments. Identify problems with unit or integration tests that might have been missed and fix the issue. Develop Job files with UNIX shell script and regular expressions. Assist in resolving production support problems. Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems. Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments including program code, and technical documentation. Conduct quality assurance activities including peer reviews.
