Summary:

Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects

  • Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports

  • Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project achievements and budgets

  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables

  • Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects

  • Align with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Skills/Requirements

  • Strong organization skills: Ability to gather information from a variety of sources and structure information in a format that can be understood at all levels of the organization

  • Experience working with engineers, software development vendors, and product management

  • SaaS environments and SaaS products know how highly desirable

  • Experience leading projects in high scale e-commerce environments including efforts in e-commerce platforms, ERP, OMS, WMS, or Supply Chain Systems

  • Strong communication skills: Able to present project updates, requirements, blockers, risks, and project needs to internal stakeholders and executives

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience adapting these methodologies to fit project needs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience. Five to seven (5 - 7) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead multiple projects. Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task. Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects. Comprehensive presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range : $9,000 – 13,500 (Monthly)

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
