Pennsylvania State Job Bank Financial Analyst in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Position Summary:
A leading company in the HR Technology space is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will involve analyzing financial trends, developing budgets, and providing leadership with actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business trends to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain annual budgets, variance analysis, and cost control strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
Support senior leadership with financial reporting, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency.
Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to guide financial planning.
Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities as needed.Qualifications:
2+ Years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant feild
Excel and ERP experience is a plus
