- Must be able to Install HVAC Equipment
- Clearly communicate with a positive attitude to customers, office staff and fellow coworkers.
- Be able to work 40+ hours a week.
- Keep company van supplied and in good order.
- Technician must have neat clean appearance.

- 2 years of HVAC Service Technician Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Have valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
