Job Description:
Design, develop, and support enterprise applications and databases primarily leveraging SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, and Informatica ETL. Perform system analysis, data modeling, database design and development, ETL development, and data reporting. Identify root cause, and resolve production issues. Support test automation strategy, create test plans, develop and execute test automation frameworks. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior developers. Hybrid work from home policies may apply.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or a related field and 4 years of progressive development experience in Agile (Scrum) environment that includes 3 years of the following:
- ETL development using Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata
- Data warehouse data modeling
- DB2, Mainframe DB2 development
- Test automation using Ruby
- UNIX, PERL and K-Shell scripting
- Using SOAP UI for Web Services
- Presenting technical materials to non-technical audience
- 1 year of software development in insurance industry.
