[The Facilities Maintenance Technician (FMT) is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, painting, H.V.A.C electrical work, plumbing, etc.). The FMT will also perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Change filters on heating and cooling equipment check and lubricate pumps and motors clean equipment as needed.
