ManpowerGroup Senior FP&A Analyst in Columbia, South Carolina

Our client, a leader in the outdoor industry, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting key operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Pay Range: $90,000 and above

What's the Job?

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

  • Make recommendations for improvements to be presented to management.

  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.

  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5+ years of business, finance, or relevant experience, M&A exposure preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques.

  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.

  • Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Azure, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is extremely helpful.
