Customer Service Representative
Compensation and Schedule Details:
Starting Pay: TBD
Training: 3-4 weeks
Shift: Onsite

A Day in the Role:
Handle about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation.
Handle inbound calls from customers.
Receive and answer questions regarding their insurance policy.
Role Requirements:
Must have 1 year in call center experience or high call volume.
Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency
Problem solver / comfortable handling de-escalations
Able to multitask and prioritize when it comes to multiple complex projects or queues.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
