Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative - 1 - Loyalty Services in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, serving as a point of contact for customers and assisting in various service-related tasks. You will also be involved in maintaining customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer service concerns and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience

• Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to assist customers

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers wishing to cancel their insurance coverage

• Retain policyholders by selling the value of our products and services

• Contribute to the collection of current and past due premiums

• Manage data entry tasks across multiple applications

• Set expectations and provide instructions to policyholders

• Consistently meet or exceed departmental standards related to quality, handle time, and other key performance indicators

• Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback to leadership

• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned

• Collaborate effectively with team members and uphold organizational objectives

• Demonstrate continuous learning and initiative, seeking opportunities for being detail oriented. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service is required.

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks is necessary.

• Prior experience in Training staff members will be beneficial.

• Familiarity with Operations within a customer service environment.

• Demonstrated capability in Planning and executing tasks efficiently.

• Experience in Payment Processing is highly desired.

• Proficiency in Planning Processes within a customer service setting.

• A strong commitment to Quality service delivery.

• Ability to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls effectively.

• Experience in the Insurance industry will be an advantage.

• Proven Supervising skills, with the ability to manage a team.

• Knowledge about Time management and efficiency.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a customer service role.

• Strong Leadership Skills to guide and motivate the team.

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes will be a plus.

• Previous experience in Billing and Collection Processes.

• Proficiency in Revenue Accounting and financial management.

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as required.

• Experience in Claim Administration tasks is desirable.

• Knowledge of Property industry norms and practices.

• Familiarity with standard Practices in a customer service role.

• Proven Selling skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to Execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
