Honeywell Maintenance Technician- Level 4 in Columbia, Missouri
As a Maintenance Tech - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production schedules. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our Columbia, MO location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our maintenance and production shop, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the machining operations to be performed
Monitor, adjust and maintain machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and tools
Work with other team members to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands
Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting on systems ranging from 24VDC to 3-phase 480VAC.
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pumps, mechanical seals, bearings, and related equipment.
Perform equipment alignment, precision maintenance, and equipment rebuilding.
Utilize precision tools, hand tools, and power tools for repairs and installations.
Support production on occasion depending on staffing availability
Overtime as required
Will be able to lift to 35 lbs. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (Rotating)
