Job Posting: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing both repetitive and complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks, requiring precise and dexterous movements to maintain the pace and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.
Receive components or items for assembly and/or testing in a programmed sequence.
Assemble or test electrical components using sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
Assemble all variations of in-house standard products.
Follow clear assembly/test instructions, including color codes, NEC, and UL codes/standards.
Use simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.
Enter work hours in the ERP system (currently SAP).
Drive continuous improvement processes and conduct daily housekeeping/5S audits.
Maintain equipment and the production area in an orderly and safe condition.
Contribute to division results and performance.
Address internal and external customer needs and expectations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in assembly, production, assembly line work, power tools, hand tools, electrical schematics, electrical assembly, blueprints, plumbing, mechanical tasks, general labor, and electronic assembly.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis; walk, write, and type frequently; lift and carry up to 30 pounds; climb and descend stairs; bend, carry, reach, push, and pull occasionally; and communicate verbally and in writing.
May work in areas with varying noise levels, requiring hearing protection.
Exposure to dust and dirt, with work surfaces including concrete.
Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr.
