Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Collierville, Tennessee

Description We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. This role involves ensuring optimal and well-managed financing for all lines of business within the organization. You will also be responsible for providing reliable data and analysis to various stakeholders, maintaining relationships with banks, and designing custom reports as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and establish necessary debt and equity financing for residential construction, land development activities, and multi-family operations

• Monitor and ensure timely loan draws to meet all cash requirements

• Maintain relationships with banks and ensure they are provided with all required company documentation

• Secure financing for multi-family properties as needed and ensure it's established upon property completion

• Understand all company systems, processes, and key performance measures; provide analysis on a monthly basis

• Ensure the Common Data Model and Vena are properly connected and up-to-date

• Design and maintain any custom reports required by the company

• Establish financing for all projects and manage the closing of the loan and all draws and payoffs throughout the loan process

• Ensure timely production, analysis, and distribution of management reports, production reports, and departmental scorecards

• Evaluate reports for accuracy and provide comments to key leadership

• Expertise in the field of Finance

• Ability to perform complex Analysis

• Proficiency in Power BI software

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
