This role helps to enable and deliver value from the CMC data backbone, establishing and progressing the opportunities whilst defining the impact to our business partners.  The role utilises medicines and/or vaccines development knowledge and data analytics skills to define data solution delivery options.  By understanding development teams needs and communicating this with colleagues this role will progress delivery of the data solutions selected.

Major Activities This role provides expert support ensuring realisation of value to Vaccines and Pharma CMC organisations through the scoping, value determination and delivery of strategic solutions. Enable delivery of FAIR data leveraging the data backbone through provisioning our business lines with the support and tools they need to capture and reuse data to achieve business objectives Bridge the gap between the scientists, development and product teams to ensure implementation of data backbone platform and tools in the lab and plant processes Effectively communicate and engage with teams across different functional areas, including the translation of concepts between scientific and technical disciplines Application of Agile methodologies in leading cross-business delivery squad(s) to ensure impactful and timely completion of projects to support CMC objectives Facilitate the usage of information systems by scientists in the lab or plant by deplying digital hardware (eg tablets, barcoding, instrument infrastructure) Partner with teams across CMC, Data and Tech to deliver successful data products and data capture systems into CMC Proactively generate ideas for continuous improvements and communicate in a way with others to accept the idea and adjust behaviours and priorities based on business need Deliver on multiple projects in complex virtual /global environments

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

MSc in Data Science, Mathematics Pharmaceutical, Biological or Computer Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, programming, or another related subject with a high numeracy content. Three or more years of experience in data analytics, data analysis, programming /coding, statistics, problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD. in Data Science, Mathematics Pharmaceutical, Biological or Computer Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, programming, or another related subject with a high numeracy content Demonstrated learning agility Ability to develop effective working partnerships across diverse groups Excellent teamworking, analytical and communication skills Adaptable to the changing environment Ability to identify and clarify problems Track record of delivery against objectives and deliverables Understanding of the data lifecycle concept Knowledge and practical application of SAS/ python/ R coding, Business Intelligence reporting, Microsoft power platform tools, statistical analysis Product Lifecycle Management tools, data trending and data analytics.
