Your role and responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform that meet the requirements of the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop custom CRM components, including entities, fields, views, forms, and workflows.
Create and maintain custom CRM plugins, workflows, and custom activities.
Implement and configure CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM solutions.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform and related technologies
Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
Required technical and professional expertise
3+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity definitions, fields, views, forms, and workflows.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fiel
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Cloud Services
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM/Power Platform with other systems and applications
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.
