Sherwin-Williams Senior Identity Management Business Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

The Identity Management Business Analyst will be partnering with clients to analyze and document their business and technical requirements to identify areas of improvement through (de)provisioning automation; also working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to facilitate the IAM Program governance process and analyze new business opportunities. The Identity Management Business Analyst will work closely with development peers to implement automated solutions between the IdM system and other target apps/systems, using out-of-the-box and custom connectors. They will work jointly with the team to improve process orchestrations, modules and components to streamline user access and provisioning to applications/systems. Some prior knowledge of any identity management product (e.g., Oracle Identity or SailPoint) is most desired, but not required; however, knowledge of business processes with end-to-end provisioning, access and identity management, to systems is more desirable over technical knowledge. The Identity Management Business Analyst will assist in coordinating projects, prioritizing tasks, and manage communication with app owners. This role also provides operational support and expertise for the enterprise IdM Platform that includes troubleshooting, issue management, and escalation.
