The Sherwin-Williams Company NOAM Workforce Management Scheduling & Forecasting Lead in Cleveland, Ohio

This position is responsible for the Schedule & Forecasting modules within WFM and specializes in forecasting, labor planning, and optimized scheduling. The incumbent will work to ensure the efficiency and success of Sherwin William's operations by proactively identifying and aligning schedules to business needs and enabling advanced features within the scheduling system to support business operations and an engaged employee experience. They have strong partnerships with Business Leaders and provide key insights to support demand and capacity planning. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Own the Scheduling & Forecasting modules, including key understanding of Scheduling & Forecasting upgrades, analyzing risks, assessing new release features, and leading projects to adopt new functionalities or change processes. Advise WFM Technology Manager on Scheduling & Forecasting strategy. Build relationships across SBS WFM and Digital technology to innovate, build, and sustain the Scheduling & Forecasting system. Optimize the Scheduling & Forecasting modules and processes to meet workforce needs and create opportunities for automation, enhanced integration, and reduction of manual processes. Partner with business leaders to provide detailed demand and capacity planning reports, supporting the business strategy. Leverage SBS WFM system to produce demand forecasting and capacity planning data. Update demand forecast for use in staffing plans. Manage & Maintain schedule patterns in the SBS WFM system. Advise functional configuration, providing scheduling & forecasting subject matter expertise and informing software implementation decisions. Own design, direct configuration, and support testing of scheduling & forecasting functionality. Develop scheduling & forecasting user stories and requirements for the SBS WFM solution. Partner with SBS WFM Technology to develop test cases and review test results for completion. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in related fields. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics Project management certification or designation desired KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years of experience in creating and managing complex forecasting and capacity planning models. 3-5 years of experience in creating and managing complex schedules. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to leverage analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and influence change. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation expertise. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Project management and resource planning experience. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to analyze and interpret time and attendance data. Ability to mentor a team, delegate tasks, oversee projects, and drive day-to-day operations. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to develop process mapping and standard operating procedures. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred: Workforce Management implementation experience desired.
