Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator (level 3) to provide support to our team in our Clearfield, UT location.

The selected candidate will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. The employee will be primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.

Provide logistical support:

  • Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation of source of repair

  • Generates orders, tracks, and returns inventories

  • Identifies, coordinates, and ships broken and Calibrated tools

  • Sorts, tracks, and turns-in aircraft parts for refurbishment or back to the supplier

  • Monitoring receipt of the item at source of repair

  • Providing Supply Chain Management for storage and inventory of all parts kits and supplies to include transportation of the assets being returned into the supply chain pipeline

  • Ordering serialized and consumable parts for aircraft

  • Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.

This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis

This role is for our C Shift (Weekend Days: Fri, Sat, Sun). This shift includes a shift differential in addition to base pay.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing and/or production and/or material transportation

  • Active Secret Level Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required)

  • Ability to obtain special program access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment use

  • Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings

  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers.

Salary Range: $48,200 - $80,300

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
