Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
Our Production Supervisor will be a crucial part of our team; coaching Safety, Quality, and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work. This role places a strong emphasis on lean manufacturing, driving for results and safety. Flexibility is key as the role involves rotating shifts every 4 months. The chosen candidate must be comfortable working any shift (day, mid and overnight) any day of the week. Additionally, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for dealing with weekly payroll and ensuring employees are paid in a timely fashion.
