Q & B FOODS INC Maintenance Manager in Clarksville, Tennessee
Responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance engineering to include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Lead the maintenance team in implementing Company maintenance and reliability strategy aimed at reducing breakdowns and extending manufacturing equipment life while maximizing labor and cost efficiency. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with organizations goals and established policies and objectives.
- Develop, implement and manage maintenance of plant machinery and facility
- Perform analysis of projects, initiatives and processes to establish and strategize a plan, schedule appropriate staffing and coordinate start to finish of each project
- Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for company plans and projects. Ensure on-time project completion
- Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and regulations. Establish and implement methods and best practices
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff
- Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies
- Manage, operate, edit and update machinery software
- Conduct weekly departmental meetings and reports to Plant Manager
- Perform all other duties as assigned
