PLC Technician in Clarksville, TN
Pay: $37.28hr
Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11:30am)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician with a strong electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading schematics, identifying electrical symbols, and working with up to 480v motors. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and modifying Allen Bradley PLCs, maintaining and repairing production machines, and performing electrical maintenance on all equipment. This role requires a proactive individual who can work in a team-based environment to resolve production equipment issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret electrical schematics and identify electrical symbols.
Work with up to 480v motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Change out parts, replace faulty parts, and change out batteries as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on circuits and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and modify Allen Bradley PLCs.
Maintain and repair all production machines in the facility.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform electrical maintenance on all equipment.
Run wiring and rewire circuits as required.
Collaborate with team members to fix problems on production equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot any breakdowns to resolve issues promptly.
Essential Skills
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Ability to read schematics and identify electrical symbols.
Experience with up to 480v motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Proficiency in changing out parts, batteries, and performing preventative maintenance.
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and modifications.
Strong electrical maintenance skills, including running and rewiring circuits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechatronics certifications (nice to have).
Electrical certifications (nice to have).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.28 - $37.28/hr.
