Dartmouth Health Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Emergency Department (ED), Per Diem in Claremont, New Hampshire

At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our team in the Emergency Department.

The primary responsibility of the HUC is:

  • Coordinates health unit, equipment, and technical procedures.

  • Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner.

  • Applies critical thinking skills and considers alternatives.

  • Develops and maintains human care relationships.

  • Manages self and resources effectively.

  • Applies knowledge integration skills for the patient populations/customers served within unit of hire.

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Current CMA, EMT, or LNA licensure in the State of NH

  • Current BLS
