Marketing Senior Specialist
Location: Argentina

We are the marketing team and we are looking for a person to join us. You are going to work with a regional team, so to be open to other cultures is something important to us! Some of the position responsibilities will be to develop, execute and report comprehensive and integrated marketing campaign, also thinking innovative projects where we can highlight the marketing impact to the organization.
This include the ability to drive and manage communications with other teams in the organization, where the Sales team is our main internal customer; build the local marketing plan; manage execution of marketing programs and, as well act as local point of contact of partner marketing organizations, user groups or regional associations, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize strategies and work together with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement cluster ABM strategies to engage and grow middle enterprise clusters, tailoring campaigns for scalable execution.
Manage marketing resources and budgets to deploy the most effective marketing mix for the geographic region.
Act as a liaison with senior management to ensure marketing activities align with sales and organizational goals, as well as understanding the sales cycle emphasizing in generation and maturation of business opportunities.
Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
Maintain effective communication with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations to achieve marketing objectives.
Ensure alignment between global strategies and local implementation to maintain brand coherence.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of + 5 years in marketing roles, with a strong track record in leading successful campaigns and achieving business objectives. Preferred previous experience in IT companies.
Deep understanding of the Argentine, Chile and Perú market and global marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities.
Excellent communication, managing crucial conversations and great interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English. Portuguese preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Be familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of business application systems.
Not fear to fail, but very important to learn fast to continue working on the strategy.
· Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential
Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups
Preferred Skills:
Experience in product launches, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of B2B and ABM marketing strategies.
Understanding digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
