Fixed Term Associate - Coordinator, Finance
Summary:
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting - The role will assist the Tax team in administrative works related to filing and payment of tax returns, preparation of database and filing of tax returns/reports and other ad hoc activities, as assigned.
General Responsibilities :
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Preparation of BIR Form 2307
Filing of approved tax returns and other documents thru BIR eFPS
Preparation of Request for Payments (RFP) for payments to LGU and BIR thru authorized agent banks
Preparation of Summary of Expat’s Tax Details
Generation of payment details from BIR eFPS and preparation of Summary of Tax Returns Filed
Preparation of Quarterly Tax Calendar and setting up of calendar invites
Monitoring of regulatory reports compliance
Set up of new vendors and update of details in Global One
Submission of documents to various government agencies, if needed
Documents printing, filing and retention for related to Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Ad hoc tasks (e.g., assistance in the preparation of documents requests and schedules in case of audits and other projects)
Qualifications :
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Educational Background :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration/Management with Finance-related major
Professional Experience :
- At least 6 months experience in Finance or Accounting
Skills Required :
Basic knowledge on MS application especially with Excel
Attention to detail
Adaptable to changes and willing to extend reporting hours especially during budget season, tax filing, month-end closing and audit
