Main Responsibilities

As Asst. SCF Manager, your responsibility will be:

  • Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement (ie. CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance

  • Leading financial process for factory related but not limited to:

  • Monthly rolling COGP forecast

  • Savings tracking and governance

  • Month end closing, including cost variance analysis

  • Annual business planning

  • Leading factory related business cases – working with multifunctional team

  • Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Fresh Graduate / 1-2 years of working experience

  • Bachelor in Accounting / Finance

Skill

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Good analytical skills and high accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
