Insight Global Project Engineer in Chula Vista, California
Job Description
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Coordinate production aspects, including selecting manufacturing methods.
Research and develop manufacturing processes for a high mix/low volume facility.
Create production documentation (work instructions, visual aids) emphasizing standardized work.
Provide product and process training to internal and external personnel.
Manage project schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support supply chain activities related to fabrication and manufacturing.

Skills and Requirements
Be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.)
3+ years of experience in product, process, system design, product lifecycle management, etc.
Experience using CAD tools such as Solidworks or AutoCAD
Experience using PDM/PLM tools - Experience using Oracle ERP systems
Experience with NAVSEA, OSHA, and MIL industry standards null
