SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER Salary: $60,000-$80,000/year plus benefits TCM VI Group, a family office financial services platform that provides a broad range of investment, non-investment, concierge, and related services, is looking for a highly-detailed, organized, upbeat, articulate, and self-sufficient executive assistant. The role requires a can-do attitude, personal initiative, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Candidate must be able to work effectively on their own and as part of a team, and must be as comfortable with coordinating, directing and overseeing others as they are with taking responsibility to efficiently complete self-directed tasks. Position Responsibilities - Provide Senior Management team, family clients, associates and/or related parties with a wide variety of administrative/ executive support: planning, organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, etc., and plan and arrange extensive and complex domestic and international travel itineraries, sometimes in cooperation with Concierge Services Manager. {=html} - Administer office operations to ensure exceptional and consistent standards are implemented, executed, and maintained. Research, interview, on-board and liaise with vendors and subcontractors, sourcing of supplies and maintain stock levels, schedule/organize deliveries. {=html} - Organize and maintain contacts, calendars, family office database, maintain and update progress log on all completed, ongoing and pending activities, and work with the finance/accounting team to prepare/monitor office budget(s), expense tracking/ bill payment, and reporting, etc. {=html} - Independently troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and proactively, knowing how to improvise and when to enlist help to get things done. Assist in the continuous streamlining of office systems and processes. {=html} - Research, supervise, and project manage complex tasks, and/or occasional special projects, as directed, efficiently, accurately and with great attention to detail. Education, Skills and Preferred Qualifications - Associates or Bachelors degree. {=html} - Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, advanced research, time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. {=html} - Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful in their execution, participate in developing project scope, follow up appropriately and keen to ask the right questions for quick solutions. {=html} - Extensive administrative and/or executive assistant experience and/or prior exposure to financial/ high net worth environment and travel planning preferred but not mandatory. {=html} - Excels at managing time, priorities and track/record complex, cross-functional collaborations. {=html} - Advanced proficiency of MS Office required. Typing at 60 wpm preferred. {=html} - Be available during non-work hours via cell/email to handle matters of an urgent/immediate- need nature, routinely involving multiple time-zones. {=html} - Personal integrity, discretion, and ability to remain respectful, courteous, and empathetic with family clients, co-workers, advisors and tradespeople while asserting high expectations. {=html} - Adhere to high confidentiality and fiduciary standards. {=html} - Must be a resident of the US Virgin Islands. {=html} - Hybrid Office/Remote?Working with the potential for flexibility.
