Job Description:
About the role:
Supervise sanitation operations and employees in a sound, cost-effective manner while meeting and exceeding plant’s operational goals & objectives for quality, safety and GMP regulations
Maintain accurate and timely sanitation records in compliance with all regulatory audits, including SQF. Work in a conjunction with QA to ensure all products meet the company’s high-quality standards
Track & monitor required supplies needed for the sanitation process
Track all sanitation activities on the master sanitation scorecard while also completing KPI reports for both internal and external review. Mak adjustments to the MSS to adjust for changes to our business
Ensure Employees are trained and performing effectively

Provides technical expertise, guidance & training to production employees and managers responsible for equipment cleaning.
Supervise janitorial staff to meet goals and expectations.
