The Senior Case Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing fair, efficient dispute resolution services while developing valuable skills in a dynamic, professional environment.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support while maintaining AAA-ICDR's high standards of neutrality and integrity

  • Process and manage case-related documentation and correspondence with precision and attention to detail

  • Coordinate with arbitrators, mediators, parties, and counsel to ensure efficient case administration

  • Maintain accurate case records and data within organizational systems

  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives and deadlines

  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

  • Represent the AAA-ICDR professionally in all client interactions

    Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, legal, or customer service environments

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software systems

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

    Compensation:

    We offer competitive compensation based on location as well as a quarterly incentive opportunity. The salary ranges for this position are:

  • Atlanta: $59,440 - $62,936

  • Boston: $65,794 - $69,665

  • Buffalo: $59,440 - $62,936

  • Charlotte: $56,233 - $59,541

  • Chicago: $63,207 - $66,925

  • Dallas: $59,440 - $62,936

  • Denver: $63,207 - $66,925

  • Fresno: $59,440 - $62,936

  • Houston: $60,451 - $64,007

  • Johnston: $60,451 - $64,007

  • Los Angeles: $65,794 - $69,665

  • Miami: $56,233 - $59,541

  • Minneapolis: $60,451 - $64,007
