Cornerstone onDemand Release Readiness Consultant in Chicago, Illinois

The Release Readiness Consultant is responsible for coordinating the support of Cornerstone’s customers, partners, and internal services teams on newly released product features and enhancements. The Release Readiness Consultant will leverage their strong communication and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of customer communication, training, and documentation for product releases and ensure Cornerstone’s Partners and internal services teams have the resources, tools, and answers to guide customers in the release process and adoption of new features.

In this role, you will…

  • Coordinate the delivery of all customer and services teams release readiness activities across product solutions, including announcements & updates, release community & cohort, documentation & training, and release webinars

  • Support the Release Readiness team by ensuring proper scope of each release and driving the project plan for each platform.

  • Support and lead the execution of the release framework for current and new product lines.

  • Coach team members by answering questions, guiding the team, and supporting Product managers on release process and tools.

  • Create configuration and positioning toolkits, host product demo webinars, and provide ongoing support to answer questions from customers, partners, and internal services teams on release changes and feature adoption

  • Work with the Product Management, Engineering, Strategic Program Management, and Product Marketing teams to collate the project scope, customer impact, positioning, and delivery schedule of all new features

  • Help develop standard measures for the release program participation and impact on adoption

  • Anticipate and solve for potential release roadblocks that may impact customer adoption and release experience

  • Project manage cross-functional product education and launch initiatives

  • Complete ad-hoc projects as they arise

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • Experience using Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Saba products

  • 3+ years of program/project management experience

  • Experience developing engaging and clear instructional materials for delivery in a variety of formats

  • Experience synthesizing complex scenarios to easily understandable communications

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environments and priorities

  • Ability to easily build relationships and influence internal teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

  • In-depth knowledge of Talent Management frameworks and marketplace

  • Familiarity with Cornerstone and Saba Services job roles, processes, and technology offerings

  • Experience in Product Management or Internal Enablement roles

  • Experience in using localization and translation tools
