The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you lead initiatives to enhance healthcare provider operations and identify strategic growth opportunities. As a Manager, you guide teams in managing client service accounts, leveraging your knowledge to deliver top-tier solutions and cultivate meaningful client relationships. This role requires a profound understanding of healthcare provider operations, including physician practice finances and regulatory changes, to drive successful client engagements and refine healthcare models.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Certifications preferred: EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Documentation, Orders, Order Transmittal, OpTime, ASAP, and Healthy Planet

  • Excelling in healthcare provider physician practice operations

  • Developing care coordination frameworks for improved outcomes

  • Designing clinical and quality aspects of health models

  • Managing hospital revenue cycle and billing

  • Understanding physician practice financial impacts

  • Implementing physician alignment models

  • Benchmarking healthcare provider performance and costs

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
