About the Role:

As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.

  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.

  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

  • Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

What you’ll need

  • Must possess strong HVAC experience and relevant credentials

  • Technicians will be expected to perform work in all core trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and door work

  • Operating radius: up to 120 miles per technician, with an average of 60-80 locations per week

  • Work locations: primarily small strip malls

  • Equipment: simple HVAC equipment (5-7.5 tons) is typical

  • Equipment and tools: technicians will be equipped with an iPad or comparable device, truck, and necessary tools

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $75 ,000 annually and the maximum salary for the is $88,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
