Insight Global Lead AV Engineer in Chicago, Illinois
Job Description
This role is hybrid onsite 4 days per week in downtown Chicago, IL.
As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our communication systems, and conference rooms across the U.S. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of AV/telecom engineering
- Experience with RingCentral contact center
Ability to pull reports, collection calling / recordings
Very strong communication and presentation skills (this person will be in the room of C-suite null
