- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with established schedules.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate and prepare for annual audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
