Innova Solutions is currently hiring a highly adaptive COMMUNICATIONS LEAD with proven skills in active listening and verbal/written clarity.

Position type: Full-time

Duration: one year with possible extension

Location: Remote

Pay Range: \$50-60/hour W2 including PTO

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strategic Communications
  • Digital Proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Writing and editing communications for websites, blogs, and presentations
  • Problem-solving ability, such as the ability to adapt writing to fit the audience

Technologies Required:

  • Content Management Systems and collaborative file sharing tools (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Project Management Software e.g. Monday.com, Asana, etc.
  • Video Conferencing Tools e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.
  • Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics)
  • Writing surveys to measure performance of communications strategy

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: \$50-60/hour W2 including PTO

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
