Ideal Experience:

• 3+ years\' corporate or securities law experience in a sophisticated law firm setting

• Familiarity working with registered investment companies and investment advisers

• Handling regulatory and compliance matters regarding federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933

• Investment company reorganizations or mergers transaction experience is a plus
