Lake Cable is a Leading Manufacturer of industrial wire and cable manufacturing Co.

JOB SUMMARY:

PERSON MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING PLANT AS BUILDING MAINTENACE PERSONNEL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support plant and field operations by ensuring that preparation work is completed and by inspecting facilities to ensure they are clean and ready for work.
• Maintain building maintenance, including: Painting, changing light bulbs, cleaning, repairing wear and tear of the building, and ensuring the plant is presentable.
• Provide maintenance support for other projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2-years of building maintenance work experience

Own hand tools for work

Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Ability to work independently and with others

Must be able to work overtime as required

Physical fit; Must be able to lift, push, pull over 50lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Bilingual (English / Spanish) plus but not required

Pre-Placement Screening: E-Verify and Criminal Background Check
