Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Healthcare Enterprise Interoperability line of business, focusing on Oracle Integration for healthcare (OIC4HC). This role will be pivotal in driving the development, strategy, and execution of products that enable seamless data exchange across healthcare, but also extends into ERP, SCM and HCM systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering value to our customers. This is not a typical interoperability position, but requires a vision to help integrate, automate and create solutions across the whole customer enterprise. The candidate needs to understand how healthcare works and has passion to help modernize it by challenging the status quo and be able to position new and different ways and products to help solve day to day problems. This role requires extensive experience with healthcare interoperability and data exchange, a deep understanding of Product Management disciplines, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that accelerate innovation and improve outcomes in healthcare.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for healthcare interoperability solutions and see how they fit in the OIC4HC and Accelerator roadmap
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, TEFCA), and emerging technologies impacting interoperability.
Define a pre-built solution strategy with OIC Accelerators and Recipes for Oracle Fusion Applications and 3rd party EMR's
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market gaps, and business opportunities.
Work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to gather insights.
Understand how to integrate healthcare solutions with customer ERP, HCM and SCM solutions
Product Roadmap Management:
Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market demands.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, ROI, and strategic importance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple lines of businesses.
Regulatory and Standards Compliance:
Ensure all interoperability solutions meet relevant healthcare data exchange standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with compliance teams to address regulatory updates promptly.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers and end-users to understand pain points and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Deliver product demonstrations and support sales efforts with technical expertise.
Performance Tracking:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges that impact product adoption or performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare integration, automation, business, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or interoperability.
Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CDA) and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello is a plus.
Prior experience with Oracle Integration (OIC) is a plus

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
