Job Title: Research Associate (Entry) - Jasmina HJob Description
Join our dynamic team as a Research Associate in the Precision Genomics St. Louis Production Genotyping lab. You will collaborate with a large team to achieve daily and weekly genotyping targets. Your main responsibilities include operating both manual and automated lab processes in a library creation lab, along with sample prep, sequencing, qPCR, and general lab maintenance tasks. This full-time position requires working on-site for the night shift from Monday to Friday, approximately 2pm-10pm. You must be capable of lifting 40 lbs and may need to work flexible hours during peak times.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Work Environment
The role is based in Chesterfield and is strictly on-site with no remote work option. You will be part of a large team of about 45 people working across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends. The environment is outgoing, productive, and results-oriented with strong communication across shifts. Opportunities for longer-term roles and cross-training within different sub-teams exist, along with potential interviews for FTE positions.
