Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Manager is responsible developing, implementing and monitoring hygiene standards as per Hyatt standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Food Technology or related
Minimum 1 year related experience as Hygiene Manager
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
