Primary responsibilities include:

  • Focus on strategic and operational aspects of transfer pricing related to U.S. and international related party transactions.

  • Manage the Company’s Transfer Pricing Life Cycle, including: planning, transfer pricing policy implementation, price setting and contracts, monitoring and adjusting, compliance documentation and audits.

  • Implement process improvements that drive efficiency in data collection and reporting capabilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with mandatory periodic and annual transfer pricing documentation transfer pricing reports, country-by-country reporting and Master File

  • Liaise with outside service providers who assist in the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation and Company Business Services

  • Provide support to the transfer pricing lead and be comfortable directly liaising with various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax department

  • Assist with TP aspects of internal projects for business transformation, M&As, and special projects for attaining corporate tax objectives

  • Monitor transfer pricing law and regulation changes including BEPS/OECD initiatives and their potential impact to the Company tax and transfer pricing positions

  • Help coordinate transfer pricing-related audit matters including advanced pricing agreements and international audit responses

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, finance, or related field required; Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MBT, JD, etc.) in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields desired

Years and Type of Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience with progressive responsibilities in tax and/or operational transfer pricing

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • Public accounting, consulting and/or multinational corporation experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of accounting and economic concepts.

  • Ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of projects.

  • Work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.

  • Experience applying & implementing U.S. and International Tax and Transfer Pricing Laws and Regulations.
