Actalent Assistant Design Manager in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

Looking for an assistant design manager to join our flourishing team working within the healthcare and industrial industry

Description:

-Review design proposal as well as well as proposal documents

-Code and regulatory research

-Consult with customer on design requirements

-Prepare layout of projects and present to customer

-Quality assurance and quality control

-Develop a design schedule and submit an estimate of costs

-Must approve invoices, create pay apps, negotiate with outside resources, create schedules and manage documentation

-Plan long term and short term goals for the projects

-Manage all administrative function and costs related to the project

Will be responsible for day to day management of up to three architectural technicians

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
