Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility: Drive complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact. Help with developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 4 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications : Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving Pega 7.x experience.

Specific skills required:

• 5 years of Pega development;

• 2 years of Agile experience;

• 2 years of financial services experience;

• Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander;

• Experience with Java Servlet Pages;

• Experience with Docker;

• Experience with Java, Java script, and J2EE;

• Experience with JSON;

• Experience with Oracle;

• Experience with Microservices;

• Experience with Splunk;

• Experience with Kubernetes; and

• Experience with SOAP, REST, and REST web services.
