A millwright or a fabricator works in various industrial settings. They assemble, move, set up, and dismantle tools and machinery. The job requires flexibility and dexterity to carry equipment. Also, for standing and crouching throughout the day. Job duties will require use of large equipment, hand and power tools, reading and interpreting of plans and maintaining a safe work environment.
Welding certification required within 90 days
Strong communication skills

Industrial mechanics knowledge
Blueprint reading
Willing to cross train in other areas as necessary
Pass a welding bend test
