We are seeking an Associate Business Services Manager with experience leading a mail room staff to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Location: This position is based out of Century City (CA) on a full-time basis.
Overview of Role: The Associate Business Services Manager is responsible for all mail room processes, general operational support, and providing training/leadership to the Business Services group.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot escalated service requests
Provide training for new team members
Coordinate workflow processes for Business Services Administrators
Assist in the coordination of facilities requests for offices
Receive shipments from various couriers
Scan, file, and distribute mail
Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations
Assist with off-site storage files
Make trips to bank and other off-site locations
Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies
Restock mail drops
Prepare cubicles and offices for new hires
Other projects and duties as assigned
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience directly managing/supervising a team of staff
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, active listening, critical-thinking, etc.) to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff
Expert written and verbal communication skills
Proactive with strong attention to detail
High standard of neatness and organization
Ability to manage and train staff with clear direction
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in a variety of business situations
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong follow-through
Maintain a level-head when interacting with high-profile clients
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
