Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting,including cleaning,sanding,and patching.
Apply paints,stains,varnishes,and coatings using sprayers,rollers,and brushes.
Setting forms,pouring,and finishing concrete for foundations,floors,and other structures.
Operating machinery such as mixers,vibrators,and trowels.
Reading and interpreting blueprints,rebar schedules,and drawings.
Cutting,shaping,and installing reinforcing bars for concrete structures.
Securing rebar with wire ties and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Assisting skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment setup.
Performing site preparation,cleanup,and maintenance tasks.
Operating basic hand and power tools with safety as a top priority.
Qualifications
Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided for entry-level candidates.
Must be able to lift heavy objects,work at heights,and perform tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Familiarity with hand and power tools,and ability to read blueprints is a plus.
OSHA certified or equivalent safety training is preferred.
Strong communication,collaboration,and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results on every project.
Pay
$20.00 -$25.00 Per Hour DOE
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM | Monday-Friday
